Hilal Council of Canada (HCC) has received no report of Hilal sighting from anywhere in the world of Rabi al Awwal.  Therefore, the month of Safar will complete 30 days.  HCC declares 1st day of Rabi al Awwal, will be on Monday, 20th November, 2017.

Correspondingly, 29th of Rabi al Awwal will be on Monday, 18th December, 2017
