The Hilal Council of Canada received no confirmed reports of sightings of the new crescent. Therefore Friday December 27, 2019 is the 30th of Rabee' Al-Thani,1441 and the 1st of Jamadi Al-Oola, 1441 will be on Saturday, December 28, 2019 insha'Allah. May Allah bless the entire Ummah in this blessed month & allow us to use these days in doing as many good deeds as possible, 'Āmīn.
