The Hilal Council of Canada received confirmed reports of sightings of the new crescent from various places for the month of Dhul Qa'dah. Therefore Thursday, July 4, 2019 is the 1st of Dhul Qa'dah,1440 and the 29th of Dhul Qa'dah will be on Thursday, August 1, 2019 insha'Allah. Allah bless the entire Ummah in this month and make the preparations and travel easy for all those intending Hajj, 'Āmīn.
